Inform the social security institutions, family benefits, tax office or pension fund of your new address on service-public.fr.
MANAGER/TENANT CONTACT INFORMATION
If you rent out this property, communicate the contact details of your manager and/or tenant to the agency and the condominium manager to ensure optimal follow-up.

La Poste offers several mail tracking options. Subscribe online at laposte.fr.
SOCIAL SECURITY
For procedures with the CPAM, use the ameli.fr website .
TOWN HALL / ELECTORAL LISTS
Register on the electoral rolls at the town hall with:

Update your registration document by declaring your change of address on immatriculation.ants.gouv.fr.
BANK ACCOUNTS
Inform your bank of your change of address and transfer your accounts to a branch close to your new home if necessary.
PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE
Notify your insurer of your change of residence.
Take out insurance covering:
Your contract must include the following guarantees:
The co-owner landlords must take out PNO insurance. If rented, check that the tenant has taken out an insurance contract.
For the common areas of your condominium, multi-risk insurance is managed by the property manager.
ELECTRICITY
Upon delivery, a contradictory reading of your Linky meter will be carried out. You have one week to purchase a subscription from the provider of your choice. The list of suppliers is available on energie-info.fr.
GAS
Your gas meter, commissioned by GRDF, remains active for one week after the delivery of your home. A contradictory consumption statement will be made and reported on the delivery report.
