Your main missions:
You will be in charge of developing a portfolio in your sector. You will be involved in the taking of the mandate until the signing of the preliminary sale agreement.
• Prospect and negotiate mandates with owners
• Valuation of properties
• Organize and carry out property visits
• Accompany clients from negotiation to signature by dealing with the various aspects (financial, legal and tax)
• Participate in sales meetings
Your skills
You have acquired experience in real estate and are perfectly familiar with the habits and customs of your clients.
You have a solid background in prospecting and structured working methods.
Your profile
2 years of successful transaction experience
· Rigorous and methodical
· Dynamic and determined
· Excellent interpersonal skills
Remuneration
Take advantage of attractive commissions of up to 80% from your first sale.
